    Our Dockage & On-site Boat Ramp

On-Site Boat Ramp - Talk about convenience.  We allow are guests to use our on-site ramp for a complimentary round trip (in and out). We also provide water and a hose so you can rinse your trailer after using the ramp.  Parking for all boat trailers is provided on-site and is also complimentary.

​Dockage - At Sunset Villas it's all about convenience.  Our Protected dockage is right out in front of your Villa making loading and unloading a breeze.  Each mooring is provided with a Power Pole (115V and water with hose).  We do limit the size of guest boats to 25'.
