Location, Location, Location
Sunset Villas is located on Conch Key which is quite simply the coolest island in the Keys (and maybe the world). In 2015 the picture above was used by Jimmy Buffet as his cover page for his Margaritaville.com website - how cool is that! Conch Key is only about 16 acres in size, and is a small quaint and historic commercial fishing island - you won't find a Ripleys Believe It or Not on this island. Conch Key is also centrally located right in the middle of the Keys making day trips to Key West (to the West) or John Pennekamp State Park (to the Northeast) a breeze.

Deep Sea and Reef Fishing
Shark River Charters - Inexpensive reef fishing for Yellowtail and Grouper for parties of 4 and less. Capt. Dan will also pick you up directly from our docks.
Get Bent Charters - Awesome reef and deep sea fishing for up to 4 or less. Capt. Chris Walters is a well known Key's tournament fishermen and specializes in Sailfish, Dolphin and deep water bottom fishing.
Game On Charters - Capt. Chris Morrison runs both offshore and light tackle flats charters. In 2011 Chris received IGFA's Life Time Achievement Award - not small feat.
Tiki Charters - For a bigger boat (up to 6 guests), live bait and a super talented and hard working Deep Sea Charter. Key's native Capt. Roy Lindback of Tiki Charters is unparalleled: Dolphin, Kingfish, Sailfish and Swordfish a specialty.
Flats and Back Country Fishing - all these charters will pick you up directly from our dock.
Tarpon Time Charters - Captains Jeff Malone can get you consistently hooked up to Tarpon, Bonefish, Permit and Snapper.
Rusty Fly Charters - For parties of 2 or less fly fishermen we suggest Capt. Derek Rust. His super quiet and small 18' Hell's Bay flats boat can get you skinny when the fish are shallow.
Fishing
Sunset Villas is right in the middle of some of the best and most diverse fishing grounds in the world. It is no big deal to catch a dozen or more species in a single trip. Capt. Bill is always willing to suggest a Charter Captain, fishing technique or fishing location. The Snapper fishing right off the Sunset Villas dock can be excellent at night and the daytime Tarpon fishing is always worth a try in the Spring.
