Cleaning Fees
One-time cleaning fee for the 1-bedroom is $95. This fee is for cleaning before and after your stay. Maid service may be provided during your stay by request and for a fee.

Fall 2024 (September through November) - We are currently full for Fall 2024.
Winter 2024/2025 (December through March) - We are currently completely full for Winter 2024/2025.
Spring 2025 (April and May) - We are currently full for Spring 2025.
Reservations
We ask for a 50% deposit of the booking rate at the time of your reservation. The remaining 50% of the booking rate, cleaning fee and taxes (12.5%) are due upon arrival. We take Visa, Master Card, Discover, PayPal and Personal Checks for deposits.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is simple, if we re-book your reservation dates to another party, then you will get your deposit back minus a $75 cancellation fee (this covers credit card fees and adjustments to four different online advertising calendars). In the event we are unable to re-book your reservation (usually because we were not given enough notice), then we both lose half of the booking rate, so it benefits both of us equally to re-book the villa. Additionally, we return deposits in full in the event we go under a Hurricane Watch or if the Keys are closed to visitors for any reason.
Please Note: Given the difficulty of rebooking full month rentals, we provide no refunds for monthly rentals canceled less than 6 months in advance.
